If you are on the IRS subscription list, you already received this. If not, this is a .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file with 5 pages of Q&A/hints about how to use the e-services program. Most of us should find at least one or two useful things in here. Note that you have to click on the file to download it - so watch out because I know SOMEONE is going to click on "unsubscribe" instead. If that turns out to be you, just follow the directions below and you'll be OK.
