If you are on the IRS subscription list, you already received this. If not, this is a .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file with 5 pages of Q&A/hints about how to use the e-services program. Most of us should find at least one or two useful things in here. Note that you have to click on the file to download it - so watch out because I know SOMEONE is going to click on "unsubscribe" instead. If that turns out to be you, just follow the directions below and you'll be OK.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, please do not notify the administrator. Instead, click on the unsubscribe link to deactivate your old email address, then click on the link again to subscribe at your new address. You will receive confirmation emails for both actions.
