Here's a good capsule summary of some of what's in TIPRA, or the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 (carries a 2005 designation because it's a carryover from last year's budget) which was signed into law last week. This is from CCH (who produce the wonderful Master Tax Guides) but it was forwarded by IRS, so I do not think there is a copyright issue
